I am so fortunate that my Google search led to Holly Quinn & Associates. What sold me at first was her experience with the military and the uniqueness of moving while in service. Over the following two months, I learned just how truly wonderful her team was. Holly & Shannon were responsive, flexible and moreover, treated you like long time friends or skill family. They really made a difficult time in my life so much easier. I’d highly recommend Holly, Shannon or any other member of her team to those relocating and will be willing to bet, you become a repeat client.

Working with Holly and her team has turned the dreaded experience of being a first time home buyer into a worry free breeze. Holly was able to easily break down all the necessary steps to reach our goal and eliminate any stress. I loved working with Holly Quinn & Associates. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers, moving to Colorado Springs from two different locations, and very short on time due to logistics/military requirements. Thankfully, Holly navigated us to success and transformed the potential ordeal into a fun experience. Throughout the process, Holly and her team were attentive to what we were looking for, answered our plethora of questions, and advocated for our interests. I was impressed with how well she knew details about every area we visited. She leveraged her extensive network and connections throughout the area to set up house tours on short notice, and negotiated increases in home buying incentives. Holly went above-and-beyond as a realtor. She took me to view homes and neighborhoods on my schedule at odd hours. My wife was unable to be present locally, so Holly recorded a high-definition video walk through, which helped us decide this house was “the one.” Additionally, during one home viewing/tour, she noticed a major issue with the heating system and immediately notified several other parties and coordinated fix actions. Great leadership. I could write several pages of praise for Holly and her team, but I’ll keep it brief. I give my highest recommendation, and I look forward to working with Holly again when the time comes to refinance or sell my home.

Holly helped us purchase a new build while we were out of state. She handled all of the walk throughs and talking with the various contractors while we remained in the D.C. area. She designed our master closet, and it is a dream. She convinced the electrical team to add outlets in the master bedroom, providing layout flexibility upon completion. When it came time to close, she ensured a final walk through and helped us complete all the paperwork from D.C. Buying a house is such a major purchase, it helps to have a realtor who can help with each step and ensure the process works. Our home buying process did not start out well at all. 2 weeks down and we had only seen 3 homes and they were pretty awful. We were working with an individual that seemed too busy for us and was never available. We were panicking and stuck with him because we didn’t think we had a choice. Cue Holly. She was referred to us by a few people and she did not disappoint. Working with Holly was a dream. Within 24 hours of introductions, she had already lined up 4 showings and had sent us many others. Within a week we had seen countless homes and had even put in offers on a few. She didn’t just show us anything she could find--she thought about what we required, the neighborhood, location, everything. She spoke bluntly and gave great advice throughout the entire process. When we were finally ready to put in THE offer she never pressured us and always made sure it was our decision. Once we closed on our home we had a month+ before we could move in.
